so it’s been a week since i start my weight loss. not kept up with the 30dayshred as i’ve been away for the last couple of days. going to start again from day one tomorrow!!
So thursday and today have been a complete blow out I mean fries and everything. I went out thursday night too and I dont even want to know how many calories i had that day!! back in full on diet mode tomorrow and gonna do some serious excercise i really hope that i can turn this round and have lost atleast a few pounds !! day 6 of to 30 day shred tomorrow :) !!
